BSc in Psychology (2018, University of Málaga), followed by a MSc in Cognitive and Behavioral Neuroscience at the University of Granada. In 2019 I started working as a Research Assistant at the Attention and Consciousness lab, and in 2021 I joined the doctoral programme in Psychology (UGR).

My main interest lies in the mechanisms through which attention and conscious perception interact, with a focus on the neural basis of this relationship. Over the last years I have worked with EEG, fMRI and TMS to get a glimpse into this processes, and my PhD project (supervised by our group PI, Ana Chica, and José A. González-López) involves the use of machine learning models on EEG data with the goal of understanding how conscious and unconscious information are represented in the brain, and improving performance in perceptual tasks.
