Ruedas-Rama<\/em>, <em>Miguel Martin<\/em>, and <em>Angel Orte<\/em>. Consuelo was awarded the highest rank, and received the PhD degree with \u00ab<em>International Merits<\/em>\u00ab.<\/p>\n<p>She delivered an excellent presentation, and performed brilliantly during the debate session.
