El III Congreso Internacional de Arqueolog\u00eda Bayra: \u201cVivir en al-\u00c1ndalus: urbanismo, vivienda y cultura material\u201d<\/em> se celebrar\u00e1 en Vera (Almer\u00eda) entre el 13 y el 15 de mayo de 2026; organizado por el Ayuntamiento de Vera<\/strong>, la Universidad de Granada y el Grupo de Investigaci\u00f3n Producci\u00f3n Intercambio Materialidad PRINMA (HUM 1035). Colaboran: Proyecto FCT-24-21462 Conectando Pasado y Futuro: Ciencia y Tecnolog\u00eda para la difusi\u00f3n del Patrimonio Arqueol\u00f3gico Medieval (CITPAM)<\/em>, Ministerio de Ciencia, Innovaci\u00f3n y Universidades y la Fundaci\u00f3n Espa\u00f1ola para la Ciencia y la Tecnolog\u00eda.<\/p>\n

Tras el \u00e9xito de la primera y segunda edici\u00f3n, el III Congreso Internacional de Arqueolog\u00eda Bayra <\/em>reunir\u00e1 a especialistas en arqueolog\u00eda, arqueolog\u00eda de la arquitectura y disciplinas afines para debatir sobre la ciudad y la vivienda en la Edad Media y la Edad Moderna. El Congreso busca fomentar el intercambio de ideas, la presentaci\u00f3n de resultados y la creaci\u00f3n de redes de colaboraci\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s, se dedicar\u00e1 una jornada a la puesta en valor del patrimonio, reflexionando sobre la gesti\u00f3n, financiaci\u00f3n y futuro digital del Patrimonio.<\/p>\n

The III International Archaeology Congress Bayra: \u00abLiving in al-Andalus: urbanism, housing and material culture\u00bb<\/em> will be held in Vera (Almer\u00eda, Spain) from May 13 to 15, 2026. The event is organized by the Vera City Council<\/strong>, the University of Granada, and the Research Group \u00abProduction, Exchange and Materiality\u00bb PRINMA (HUM 1035). Collaborators: Project FCT-24-21462 Connecting Past and Future: Science and Technology for the Dissemination of Medieval Archaeological Heritage<\/em> (CITPAM), funded by the Spanish Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities and the Spanish Foundation for Science and Technology.<\/p>\n

Following the success of the first and second edition, the III International Archaeology Congress Bayra<\/em> will bring together specialists in archaeology, archaeology of architecture, and related fields to discuss the city and housing in the Middle Ages and the Early Modern Period. The congress aims to foster the exchange of ideas, the presentation of research results, and the establishment of collaborative networks. In addition, one day will be dedicated to heritage enhancement, reflecting on the management, funding, and digital future of Cultural Heritage.<\/p>\n

Oral presentations and posters will be accepted in Spanish, English, Portuguese, French, and Italian. Proposals must be sent to congresobayra@gmail.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n
