Entre el 13 y el 15 de mayo de 2026 tendr\u00e1 lugar en Vera el III Congreso Internacional de Arqueolog\u00eda Bayra \u201cVivir en al-\u00c1ndalus: urbanismo, vivienda y cultura material\u201d <\/em>organizado por el\u00a0Ayuntamiento de Vera<\/strong>, la Universidad de Granada y el Grupo de Investigaci\u00f3n Producci\u00f3n Intercambio Materialidad PRINMA (HUM 1035).<\/p>\n

Esta nueva edici\u00f3n reunir\u00e1 a especialistas en arqueolog\u00eda, arqueolog\u00eda de la arquitectura y disciplinas afines para exponer sus avances, debatir resultados y proponer nuevas l\u00edneas de investigaci\u00f3n que contribuyan al avance del conocimiento sobre el urbanismo medieval, la vivienda y los espacios dom\u00e9sticos en la Edad Media y Edad Moderna.<\/p>\n

El congreso se emitir\u00e1 en directo a trav\u00e9s del Canal de Youtube del Ayuntamiento de Vera<\/a><\/strong>, la inscripci\u00f3n para asistir como oyente al\u00a0III Congreso Internacional de Arqueolog\u00eda Bayra<\/em>\u00a0de manera presencial est\u00e1\u00a0abierta hasta<\/strong>\u00a0el<\/strong>\u00a05 de mayo de 2026<\/strong>. Para ello, es necesario completar el\u00a0Formulario de Inscripci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/a>. La asistencia es\u00a0gratuita y se emitir\u00e1 certificado de participaci\u00f3n<\/strong>. \u00a0El programa del congreso incluye una\u00a0visita guiada<\/strong>\u00a0al yacimiento el 14 de mayo de 2026 por parte de miembros del Grupo PRINMA.<\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s, actualmente contin\u00faa abierto el plazo para la presentaci\u00f3n de p\u00f3steres hasta el 24 de abril<\/strong>, las propuestas deber\u00e1n centrarse en el estudio del urbanismo, los espacios dom\u00e9sticos y materias afines en la Edad Media y la Edad Moderna, incluyendo investigaciones sobre materiales, yacimientos, paisajes o estados de la cuesti\u00f3n. The III Bayra International Archaeology <\/strong>Congress is fast approaching!<\/strong><\/p>\n

From 13 to 15 May 2026, the III Bayra International Archaeology Congress, entitled \u201cLiving in al-Andalus: urbanism, housing and material culture\u201d<\/em>, will take place in Vera. The event is organised by Vera Town Council, the University of Granada and the PRINMA Research Group on Production, Exchange and Materiality (HUM 1035).<\/p>\n

This new edition will bring together specialists in archaeology, architectural\u00a0archaeology and related disciplines to present their latest findings, discuss results and propose new lines of research that contribute to advancing knowledge of medieval urbanism, housing and domestic spaces in the Middle Ages and the Early Modern Period.<\/p>\n

The conference will be streamed live via the Vera Town Council\u2019s YouTube channel<\/a>,<\/strong>\u00a0registration to attend the III Bayra International Archaeology Conference in person as an audience member is open until 5 May 2026<\/strong>. To do so, you must complete the Registration Form<\/a><\/strong>. Attendance is free of charge and a certificate of participation will be issued<\/strong>. The conference programme includes a guided tour of the site on 14 May 2026 led by members of the PRINMA Group.<\/p>\n

In addition, the deadline for poster submissions remains open until 24 April<\/strong>; proposals should focus on the study of urban planning, domestic spaces and related subjects in the Middle Ages and the Early Modern Period, including research on materials, archaeological sites, landscapes or current research trends.
