Alzheimer\u2019s disease is a very common neurodegenerative disease today. This brain disorder slowly destroys <\/span>the <\/span>memory, the ability to think and, over time, the <\/span>h<\/span>ability to perform even the simplest tasks. Despite the many studies carried out on the disease due to its severity, <\/span>not <\/span>we still d<\/span>o not know<\/span> all the molecular, genetic and biochemical mechanisms <\/span>causing it are known<\/span>that can trigger it<\/span>. However, <\/span>it is known<\/span>we do know<\/span> that proteins called <\/span>\u03b2<\/span>-am<\/span>y<\/span>ie<\/span>loids accumulate in the form of plaques on the outside of the neurons of <\/span>the <\/span>patients with Alzheimer\u2019s, <\/span>being greater<\/span>and that<\/span> the accumulation of this protein <\/span>increases <\/span>as the di<\/span>a<\/span>sease progresses and the sympto<\/span>m<\/span>n<\/span>s <\/span>are aggravated<\/span>become more serious<\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Based on the above, experiments were conducted with a fluorescent synthesis compound capable of binding <\/span>\u03b2<\/span>-am<\/span>y<\/span>ie<\/span>loid<\/span>s<\/span> proteins with high affinity. The <\/span>intensity of <\/span>light emitted by the compound <\/span>is higher<\/span>becomes more intense<\/span> by increasing<\/span>when<\/span> the concentration of <\/span>the <\/span>protein to which it binds<\/span> is increased<\/span>, even at low concentrations of protein<\/span>.<\/span>,<\/span> which <\/span>This<\/span> allows an early diagnosis of Alzheimer\u2019s disease <\/span>by <\/span>indicating the number of plaques presented by the patient at the time of the study<\/span>.<\/span>,<\/span> which allows to address a<\/span>Early diagnosis enables<\/span> better treatment of the disease.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
