Proof-of-Concept of miRNAs as efficient tumoral biomarkers
Project data and summary
In this proof-of-concept project we will develop a strategy for the accurate detection of miRNAs from liquid biopsies as tumoral biomarkers. The methodology will combine ultrasensitive luminiscence-based tools with the technology of the company DestiNA Genomics, a patent-protected, error-free technology for the detection of nucleic acids with single nucleotide accuracy. The outcomes of the project will be evaluated by the University of Granada Technology Transfer Office (OTRI-UGR) for rapid translation to the productive sector.
